At STUDIO MINC, we want you to feel confident and radiant in your formal wear, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure your garment remains in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original STUDIO MINC tags and security ribbons attached within 14 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for a store credit.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully fold your formal piece in its original packaging and ship it back to our Gold Coast studio using a trackable postage service.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, you will receive a digital gift voucher via email to use on your next dream dress.
