How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For pre-order or custom-made gowns, please allow 4-8 weeks for production before dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for formal wear?
We offer store credits for returns on full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of our garments, items must be unworn with all tags attached.
How do I ensure I choose the correct size?
We recommend referring to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up, as our formal garments are designed to be easily tailored for a perfect fit.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are generally unable to make changes. Please contact our support team immediately if you notice an error.
